We are a privately owned, single-unit, full-service, award-winning, East Coast Style Italian restaurant with a commitment to the highest quality ingredients and exceptional hospitality. Located in Downtown Fort Lupton, Colorado, only ten minutes north of Brighton.

Our dedication and commitment to our guests and community are allowing us to continue to grow and currently, we are in the middle of a multi-phase expansion into the undeveloped areas of our historic 110-year-old building.

We offer a full bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails, including Manhattans and the Old Fashioned - crafted the traditional way. We proudly serve the hottest Colorado craft beers and have the best wine list in a 30-mile radius. Our charming dining room, complete with the croonings of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin set the stage for our award-winning menu which features handcrafted pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, and of course stromboli - all handmade with the freshest quality ingredients. Our guests come from all along the Front Range to enjoy our exceptional hospitality, food, and drink.

Contrary to many other Restaurant Manager positions, we offer the life balance you are looking for! No late nights, and flexible scheduling. We never open before 11:00 am and never close after 10:00 pm. Because we value your family time we are closed for the major Holidays, such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day, Easter, and Memorial Day.

We are very fortunate to have a great team in place already that is dedicated and passionate about what we do. They are the backbone of our business. And now we are looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual who can continue motivating, educating, and growing that team. Our team wants a strong leader with the same commitment and vision for our future.

We are looking for a bright, energetic individual to help us shape our future by working closely with the team to achieve sales goals, and ongoing education for our team.
