    WHO ARE YOU:

    As an SDR intern at Whym you are a master of building pipeline (Sales Qualified Leads) within specific verticals/categories. You leverage emails, calls, and social selling tools available to build top-of-funnel interest. You love customer conversations, and are passionate about helping brands in the DTC e-commerce space take advantage of Whym's cutting-edge software to modernize their marketing efforts. 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Working towards a degree or diploma in a Business related program 
    • 0-2+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development.
    • Cold-calling experience preferred 
    • No fear of cold calling to any level contact in an organization
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
    • Unparalleled organizational & time management skills
    • Comfortable working closely with a remote team
    • Ambitious, results-oriented and target-driven mentality

    WHO WE ARE TOGETHER:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As a full-time SDR, you will work closely with the sales team: 

    • Generate new business opportunities to develop the top-of-funnel in North America 
    • Collaborate with and leverage teammates in Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
    • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events
    • Perform outbound prospecting to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, etc.
    • Partner closely with Account Executives to help move along a qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
    • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections
    • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Whym product suite 
    • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
