Providing superior Customer Service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction. • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining the advantages of location and services, prequalifying tenants, and scheduling showings. • Perform tenant screenings. • Process tenant applications, secure security deposit and perform lease and move-in procedures and paperwork. • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rent, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action. • Aid tenants in resolving maintenance issues or scheduling maintenance. • Address and resolve tenant complaints. • Prepare and Process Evictions and Collections. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, webinars, etc. • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications: Position Requires • Office Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:15 am to 5:45 pm. Compensation: $26,000 - $33,000
