Wide Effect Talent Solutions is currently looking to add a Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Marine Services acquisition team.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Fall River, Massachusetts . Wide Effect offers unlimited commission potential and an excellent benefit package in addition to a competitive base salary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Strong Marine Industry Knowledge
• Detail-Oriented
• Team Player
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate daily with department managers
• Design and implement recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through internal database & external resources
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews
• Leverage social media for advertising
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
