Wieland is hiring for an Inside Sales Rep in our Los Angeles facility.

SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE:

1. Demonstrates dependable & reliable attendance to effectively service both customer & company needs; available to assist beyond normal business hours, if requested
2. Demonstrates strong communication skills to achieve high level of customer service and foster an informative & cooperative team environment
3. Performs general office functions; filing, faxing & emailing documents
4. Coordinates carrier logistics for customer material and/or scrap shipments
5. Reviews all shipping documents, maintains proof of delivery, and monitors inventors.
6. Back-up to Chase Customer Service Specialist/Representative

SALES SUPPORT QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required; Some college education preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional personal etiquette & conduct, along with competent mathematical, problem solving & customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between job expectations of both business units
• Demonstrates excellent motivational, time management & organization skills
• Must be willing and able to take on new responsibilities; demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude with customers and company contacts
• Proficient computer skills with a firm knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to transition from the current company's Oracle computer system to SAP.
