Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm based in Raleigh, NC, has been engaged by Wigeon Capital, LLC to conduct a search for a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Founded in 2016, Wigeon Capital is a commercial real estate development company that focuses primarily on industrial, self-storage, and multi-family development opportunities in the Southeast. The company oversees everything from planning, entitlement, engineering, and financing to construction, leasing, and disposition. This approach uniquely positions the company to ensure the success of every project. Wigeon Capital is looking to an energetic and reliable Marketing and Administrative Assistant to the construction and real estate development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities include: · Provide administrative support to the entire construction and real estate development team. · Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing emails. · Support HR activities such as coordinating interviews, onboarding paperwork, and employee record keeping. · Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses. · Prepare and distribute internal and external communications. · Support marketing efforts by drafting press releases, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating events. · Manage relationships with marketing vendors as needed. · Conduct research and gather information for projects as required. · Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: · Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, previous experience in construction or real estate development a plus · Excellent communication and inter-personal skills · Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability · Experience in marketing and/or social media management and digital marketing preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team · Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
