Job Description
We are seeking to add a DATA ENTRY CLERK to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Prepare and sort documents for Production Department
- Able to handle additional duties from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Bilingual preferred or plus (English and Spanish)
