    SUBROGATION COLLECTOR NEWARK, OH | FULL-TIME | $17.40/HOUR | NEW

    Wilber is excited to announce a new office opening in January of 2023! We are looking for self-driven and competent individuals to join our Recovery team as a Subrogation Collector in our new Ohio office! As a collector, your main responsibility is to make outbound calls, find solutions, and recover assets for clients. THIS IS A FULLY TRAINABLE, ENTRY LEVEL POSITION – NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED! You should expect to spend a good amount of time being guided and trained by a supervisor and a mentor.

    Subrogation Collectors start with a base pay of $17.40 an hour ($18.40 if bilingual) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. Here at Wilber, we care for our employees!     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
    • Negotiate repayment and financial plans as needed
    • Update/validate contact information
    • Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
    • Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
    • Update and review all accounts to keep records of payments up to date

    EDUCATION

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
