Job Description

The Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) will work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Base pay + Commission!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Provide general clerical support including correspondence, photocopying, preparing mailings, faxing, and filing, collating using software and Agency Management System  
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Cross-sell insurance products, identify sales leads, and follow-up with outbound calls 
• Ensure all quotes procedures and practices are compliant with Farmers guidelines and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License.      (We will provide study material for candidates that do not currently hold insurance license)
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)
• Quick Learner and a team player.
• Committed to growth.
• Must pass credit and background check.
