Job Description
The Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) will work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Provide general clerical support including correspondence, photocopying, preparing mailings, faxing, and filing, collating using software and Agency Management System
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Cross-sell insurance products, identify sales leads, and follow-up with outbound calls
- Ensure all quotes procedures and practices are compliant with Farmers guidelines and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License.
(We will provide study material for candidates that do not currently hold insurance license)
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)
- Quick Learner and a team player.
