OUR INTERNSHIP ** PAID INTERNSHIP **
The Marketing Internship Program gives students, career-changes for individuals' with a passion for marketing the opportunity to build on their academic skills and gain valuable practical experience in an expanding business.
Key Areas Covered:
Our Interns are valued members of the team. So, we are looking for candidates that can bring life and energy to our team. Depending on how long you are available these are the current topics that we cover in our Internship Program.
Implementation of day to day initiatives and marketing strategies
Promotions, Brand Awareness and Sales
Market Research
Event and Campaign Planning
Building Relationships and Team Building
Recruitment and Basic Administration
Business and Office Management Skills
There are 3 ,6 or 12 month internships available, and depending on the individual and how well you have adopted throughout the internship a permanent more long term position could be a real possibility on completion.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS:
Education is not everything, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to develop as long as they have the right attitude. However, candidates should have the following attributes and key characteristics.
Drive and ambition to develop your career
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written necessary
Creative, task orientated and solution orientated - no one likes to be micromanaged
Good time management skills as well as organizational skills
The ability to work individually and as part of a team
Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
In addition, all candidates will need to be over the age of 18 and be prepared to work from our office in Cleveland, OH 44114.
