Wildcat is looking for Account Executives who are self-driven, confident communicators with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure the “wow” factor is provided to each and every client, every single time.

Successful Account Executives are responsible for meeting specific loan production goals, and focused on sourcing, building, and maintaining relationships with Real Estate Investors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents and Wholesalers.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships – building, sourcing, and maintaining
• Originating loans and analyzing loan portfolio (daily)
• Work with Sales Manager and Marketing to identify all potential opportunities to meet loan volume goals
• Work directly with borrowers from intake to close to ensure an efficient and accurate process
• Business Development - includes travel in or around your assigned territory.

Required Skills:

• Mortgage origination experience preferred
• NMLS license (preferred, not required)
• BS degree preferred
• Efficient, accurate, and organized
• Strong Computer skills
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined
• Leadership and managerial skills

Experience:

• Mortgage servicing: 2 years or more a plus
• Familiarity with a CRM
• Cold calling
