Wilder Concepts Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our landscape team. We are a full construction and property maintenance company established in 2010, serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. Wilder Concepts Inc. is looking for individuals to help us grow and assist us in keeping customer service and quality first.
The positions are full time, approximately 40-60 hrs/week. All candidates must have a valid G License with an “A” restricted license being an asset. Candidates must have their own transportation to and from the yard as public transportation is not available.
Crew Member:
Assist with the installation of landscape construction projects such as patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, gardens, etc.
Can operate a variety of landscaping and construction tools and small machines
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship is essential
Able to operate landscape construction hand tools and light equipment with the skill to perform duties assigned
Able to work in and around various landscaping settings including in direct contact with various plants and materials
Ability to follow direction
Crew Lead:
Supervise and coordinate crew on site
Assist in preparation of job sites prior to beginning of a project
Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specification to delegate/complete tasks
Delegate jobs/tasks to appropriate crew members to assist in the completion of landscape constructions
Assist in the construction of interlocking, armour stone, patios, driveways, installing gardens and walkways
Understand the layout of jobs, building and grading
