Boca Raton patio furniture store needs strong clean cut people to assist with stock and delivery 21 to 35 hours per week from 10-5. Saturday and Sunday hours are possible. Hours will be flexible depending on your availability and our needs. Please only apply if you can fill these time slots. This is a part time job. Great for High School or College Student. Assist in delivering patio furniture and doing stock work, assist in setting up and keeping showroom and warehouse neat. Must be strong and able to lift. This is a very physical job Must be polite, dress neatly and clean shaven.Assist in delivering and setting-up of furniture in the customers' homes. Must be handy and able to assemble furniture. Must be have a good personality, polite and careful when making deliveries at customer's homes. Must assist in taking care of warehouse by unloading trucks, putting furniture in warehouse, pulling furniture for deliveries, and cleaning and keeping warehouse organized and neat. Unwrap, inspects and touch up all merchandise before loading for delivery furniture for delivery. Excellent hygiene is required as you are representing our company. Must wear clean neat clothes daily and maintain personal appearance. When not busy, assist in keeping show room neat. When not busy with deliveries, assist customers in showroom. Must have a current driver's license with a clean record. Experience driving a 14 foot box truck a plus but not necessary But willing to drive is necessary Other Qualifications: Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, and must be able to use an iPhone. Must maintain good driving record. Must speak perfect English. Must be at least in high school with a driver's license for at least 2 years, or have a high school diploma. Can be in college working on a degree, or a college graduate. Must be strong and coordinated to make furniture deliveries in homes with attention to detail. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and about 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and move more than 200 pounds with assistance. Must be able to maneuver furniture in customers' homes up and down staircases. When deliveries are extensive and heavy, then an assistant will be sent with you on deliveries.
