Read This Before You Apply
This is demanding, hands-on craftsmanship work — and that's exactly why the right people build strong careers here.
We are looking for skilled, detail-obsessed, highly accountable individuals who take pride in sealing a building right the first time, doing quality repair and exclusion work, and operating to a high standard on every job.
If you rush your work, cut corners to finish faster, or dislike difficult physical labor in tight spaces, this role will not be a fit.
If you are someone who:
takes pride in precise, durable, high-quality work
is good with your hands and enjoys building and repairing
notices the small gaps and details others miss
works methodically and gets it right the first time
takes ownership without being asked
and wants a clearly defined path to advancement

Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most companies talk about "growth opportunities." We built a documented career path with clearly defined expectations, responsibilities, compensation, and advancement milestones.
You will always know:
what is expected
how performance is measured
what skills you need to advance
and exactly what your compensation path looks like
Career Path & Compensation
Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour
Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses
Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses
Senior Technician: $23/hour + leadership incentives + annual performance bonus
Team Lead: $25/hour + leadership bonus structure
Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package
Advancement is based on performance, technical mastery, reliability, leadership, and accountability — not politics or tenure.
What You'll Actually Do
This is a physically demanding, detail-intensive role focused on sealing buildings and keeping wildlife out — permanently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting homes and buildings to locate every wildlife entry point
Diagnosing structural vulnerabilities and infestation causes
Performing full-building exclusion: sealing gaps, screening vents, reinforcing rooflines and façades
Carpentry and repair work to damaged structures
Installing exclusion materials to a durable, professional standard
Setting and removing wildlife traps as part of the exclusion process
Documenting work accurately with before/after records
Communicating findings and scope clearly with homeowners
You will spend significant time in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders and roofs, and outdoors in Florida weather. The work is hard, hot, and precise.
The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here
The strongest exclusion technicians are methodical, skilled with their hands, detail-obsessed, patient, and mentally and physically tough. They take the time to do it right, find the gaps others miss, and take pride in work that holds up for years.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mastering a craft, doing difficult work well, structured advancement, and being trusted with quality.
What We're Looking For
Required
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and on roofs
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
Strong personal accountability and work ethic
Ability to work independently without constant oversight
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Clear, direct communication skills
Pass background check and drug screening
Strongly Preferred
Construction, carpentry, roofing, or repair/remodel experience
Pest control, wildlife, HVAC, or plumbing field experience
