    Job Description

    We are seeking an Assistant to support join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions for a suite of independent businesses / professionals in a shared working space as an independent contractor. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Research issues 
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration, real estate management or law
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
