Position Purpose

An R.N. in Imaging Services is responsible and accountable for patient care while in Imaging Services. Work in serving the following age-specific patient populations: pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Position Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes

One year (1) critical care staff experience required or previous Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures experience required. Clinical expertise, documentation and clerical accuracy, communication skills, listening abilities, independent thinking, sound judgment, ability to deal with stress, and able to react to emergency and crisis situations. Clinical, managerial, problem-solving and teaching skills; commitment to quality care. Knowledge of Pharmacology and aseptic technique.

Licenses/Certificates:

Current PA RN License

BLS and ACLS required
