Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their circumstances and needs; then find properties that meet those needs. • Act as an intermediary between your buyer and potential seller. • Negotiate on behalf of your buyer client. • Prepare and submit required paperwork in a timely manner. • Primary duties include buyer follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline. • Provide world-class customer service to buyers. • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and our industry-leading CRM. • Exceptional follow-up skills with all clients to closing and beyond. • Attend all training for new agents. • Perseverance to succeed required! Qualifications: • CURRENT NC/SC REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR WILLING TO OBTAIN ONE. • MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN THE NATIONAL/STATE/LOCAL REALTOR ASSOCIATION. • MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN THE LOCAL MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE. • Familiarity with the area real estate market. • Attend required annual continuing education to satisfy your state's requirements. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • Grit, determination, and a great team player. • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. • Develop rapport easily and naturally. • Quick response times via phone or email. • Professional telephone communication skills. • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members. Compensation: $100,000+ potential annual commission
