Responsibilities: • Works well with both Buyers and Sellers during the Real Estate transaction • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM • Show potential buyers new home opportunities • Uphold Wilkinson ERA Real Estate Core Values and REALTOR® Code of Ethics at all times • Respond to all clients in a timely fashion • Mastery of our industry leading marketing tools and systems • Integrates new technology into business operations • Maintain relationships for referral opportunities • General understanding of local area real estate markets and how they benefit the client • Manage contract to close process • Actively solicits referral opportunities Qualifications: • Active NC/SC Real Estate License (tuition reimbursement program for well qualified candidates) • Membership in REALTOR® Association and local Multiple Listing Service • Maintain continuous education requirements per state requirements and local and National REALTOR® membership • Must posses a high level of drive and determination to succeed • Excellent phone and email communication skills • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred • Outgoing personality and ability to easily build rapport • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Driven, goal oriented, persuasive, and persistent • Sales experience a plus • Must love people Compensation: $80,000+Commission annually
