Responsibilities: • Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License. • Maintain membership in REALTOR® Association and local Multiple Listing Service. • Complete annual continuing education requirements per state. • Work with both Buyers and/or Sellers during the Real Estate transaction. • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM. • Show potential buyers new and existing home opportunities. • Uphold Wilkinson ERA Real Estate Core Values and REALTOR® Code of Ethics at all times. • Mastery of our industry-leading marketing tools and systems. • Integrates new technology into business operations. • General understanding of local area real estate markets and how they benefit the client. • Manage contract to close process while actively soliciting referral opportunities. • Ability to represent virtual brokerage services as needed. Qualifications: • MUST LOVE PEOPLE! • Must be coachable. • Must possess a high level of drive and determination to succeed. • Excellent phone and email communication skills. • Understand and implement technology is a bonus. • Outgoing personality and the ability to easily build rapport. • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Driven, goal-oriented, persuasive, and persistent. • Sales or Teaching experience a plus. Compensation: $100,000+ potential commission
