• Building a book a business is your jam. This position is 80% hunting and 20% account management.
• You're a relationship builder and don't mind spending a good portion of your day saleon the phone to win the sale. 
• You enjoy finding solutions for customers.

HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED AS AN INSIDE SALES REP:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Base pay and uncapped monthly commissions
• Average OTE of $50k to $60k in year one, $70k to $80k year two

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN INSIDE SALES REP:

• One year of outbound cold-calling sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
• Computer skills – Intermediate
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
