Job Title: Cyber Security Systems Engineer

Labor Location: Huntsville, AL

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: **

• Provide system engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Cybersecurity program
• Support impromptu quick response, cyber related tasks
• Perform analysis of information systems in a virtualized environment
• Support Cyber and Test related working groups with Industry partners and other GM stakeholders
• Support Cooperative Vulnerability Identification and/or Adversarial Cybersecurity Developmental Test and Evaluation activities
• Attend and participate in Post Test Event briefings
• Attend and participate in milestone test reviews
• Provide insight on system design to assist in cyber test events
• Make programmatic recommendations to leadership on cyber topics

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
• 5+ years of related experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Understanding of cybersecurity offensive and defensive tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Experience with MDA processes
• Strong investigative drive
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop and relay briefings and status update
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Active Secret Clearance Required, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
