This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving Compensation: $50,000+ bonus+commission
