    We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by providing necessary leverage and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a highly effective communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Looking for candidates who are highly organized and experienced in building and managing systems. Must have real estate experience on the administrative side. Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Create effective systems that provide leverage to sales agent • Follow up with past clients and database Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Communicates well, both verbally and written • High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 plus bonus
