Responsibilities: • Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly • Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients • Able to edit videoes to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best • Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties • Build out and grow YouTube, Instagram, and Tiktok, presence with goal of building brand awareness and obtaining buyer, seller, investor, and agent leads Qualifications: • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines • Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments • Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must • Prefer real estate videography experience but will train • Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment • Experience building YouTube channels, creating reels, and branding videos Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000
