    • Window Brochures

    • Sales Meeting Support on Marketing Tools & Services available (1x per week)

    • Training on Co. Tools

    • Agent Support on Raveis 365 systems & benefits; proficient in MOXI.

    • Manage office Social Media accounts and provide support to sales associates on how to effectively promote their brand across accounts

    • Office Communications: Email, Yammer, Company Contests, Local Events

    • Sales Meeting support

       

    • CONCIERGE SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Compliance Officer for Company Branding, Social Media and Marketing Standards

      • Agent One-on-One meetings:

        • Promotional Material Creation

        • Flyers & Brochures

        • Digital pieces and campaigns

        • General support to our sales associates on our company tools and business building applications

        • Moxi – custom page creation

        • Social Media account set ups, and campaigns

      • Agent On-boarding/Transition

      • Training Workshop Coordination

      • LP ambassador

      • HomeSpotter-Boost ambassador

      • Raveis Refresh ambassador

      • RAMP ambassador

         

         

        Additional Office Support in the following Admin components

    • Concur: Office Invoices

    • Kace: Agent Reimbursements Tickets – fill out form, upload docs & receipts

    • Zipforms

    • SkySlope support/training from Agent process perspective

    • Romio access for reporting (checks & balances w Skyslope)

    • Check Scanning & Attaching Deposits in Skyslope

    • Check Printing for Co-Broke

    • Facilities Management & Supply Ordering (Staples)

    • Phone support – Showing Desk

    • Sign Installation ordering

    • Kace Ticketing – onboarding

    • CBAN Credit Checks
