    Job Description

    Our company is currently seeking ​a PART-TIME OFFICE MANAGER BOOKKEEPER to join our team in ACAMPO, CA! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5-8 YEARS OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, OR OFFICE MANAGEMENT
    • MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL & QUICKBOOKS
    • DEGREE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
    • Must be driven, motivated, and have a strong work ethic
    • Bi-lingual Spanish is helpful, but not required
    • Must be able to work part-time, 2 days per week
    • Must be able to reliably commute to Acampo, CA
    • Ability to perform payroll and payroll tax duties
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
