Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers place orders, resolve order issues, and providing product and service information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer orders, inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Make outbound calls to customers for customer service issues, tracking, etc.
• Update customer information and comments after every phone call.
• Work with management to set goals, stay up to date on product knowledge, and stay up to date on company policies.
• Establish rapport and meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Solve customer concerns or issues in a timely manner while also displaying professionalism.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills including email, web searching, and other software.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or 10am-7pm ET Benefits: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life and LTD after 90 days., 401k equivalent savings plan with company matching Base Pay: $12 - $15 Job Location: Williamsport, PA 17701 Preferred

• Experience in the barber or beauty industry

Education • High School Degree or higher, some college preferred
