Currently hiring:

FT AND PT FOR 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT AND PER DIEM. FT is 32 hours a week. PT is 24 a week. There are always opportunities to pick up extra shifts and hours.

Per diems all locations all shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide direct cares for residents, along with daily documentation of those cares.
• Medication passing.
• Manage and redirect residents with mental health conditions.
• Work side by side with case managers, physical therapists, and other professionals to support resident’s care plan.
• Leading and engaging residents in daily activities, in & out of the home.
• Cooking, cleaning, and keeping the home in order.
