    We are looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Assistant / Operations & Client Care Coordinator to join our small team of passionate real estate professionals. Previous real estate experience is a big plus. This detail-oriented role will support all areas of our business, particularly focused on building and maintaining systems and processes, and provide the highest level of support to the Willowmar Real Estate team and its client family. Our ideal candidate is a natural and skilled process and systems organizer, time manager, and a stickler for all the details. They are responsive, adaptable, resourceful and nimble with solid work ethic, emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and devotion to self-improvement. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operational administration of the Willowmar Real Estate business, including creating and managing team processes and systems for transaction management, client engagement/appreciation, database management, marketing/branding initiatives, finances/accounting, and other business activities • Create, maintain, and update the team’s operational excellence manual • Oversee the team’s real estate transactions by timely managing milestones, and consulting, coordinating, and corresponding with clients, vendors, and other parties for various appointments • Support client engagement initiatives through database management, marketing/branding campaigns, and team accountability • Coordinate public-facing open houses, private tours, team-building events, and client appreciation events • Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one huddles to review activities and determine courses of action • Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all future operations hires Qualifications: • Process and systems savvy and details-oriented • Access to a working vehicle • Available evenings and weekend • Personable and values long-lasting relationships and connections • Knows their strengths and how to apply them • Conscientious about how they best give and receive feedback • Professional and friendly communication skills (verbal and written) • Can follow specific instructions and also thrive on self-initiative • Quick and graceful under pressure • Appreciates good, clean design • Loves real estate! (Previous real estate experience a big plus, too!) Compensation: $70,000 + bonus based on performance
