    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team full-time, providing support to our Advanced Sales Team at Penn Mutual. This position is integral in aiding in the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns, developing content strategy, and enhancing the promotion of content created by the Advanced Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the life insurance or financial services market and be adept in various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    · Digital Marketing Execution : Manage and execute digital campaigns that incorporate email, social media, video, and on-demand webinars. These campaigns are focused on advanced sales strategies and value-add initiatives for financial professionals.

    · Social Media Management : Design and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility and reach among financial professionals, ensuring consistent messaging on LinkedIn.

    · SEO and Analytics : Optimize video content for search engines, leveraging analytics tools to track SEO performance and refine content strategies for maximum reach.

    · Content Production : Assist in the development of diverse marketing assets, including presentations, client brochures, podcasts, video series, social media content and flyers. Ensure these materials meet the needs and standards of the Advanced Sales team.

    · Content Integration : Coordinate the integration of various marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, and flyers, to provide a cohesive, multi-channel digital experience for targeted audiences.

    · Collaboration : Work closely with the Advanced Sales team, Distribution and Product Marketing team, the creative services team, and the 1847Financial Marketing Field team to align marketing efforts and enhance campaign execution.

    · Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing, Asana for project management, AI tools for content creation, and the full Office suite, with an emphasis on effective project management practices.

    · Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate communication of marketing content to field leaders and financial professionals, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.

    Required Skills

    · Industry Experience: Experience in the life insurance/financial services market is highly desirable.

    · Digital Marketing Expertise : Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics and strategies.

    · Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

    · Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    · Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    · Content Creation: Solid experience or interest in content creation and marketing strategy.

    · Project Management Tools : Familiarity with project management software (Asana preferred)

    Learning and Development:

    The Marketing Specialist will benefit from direct mentorship through regular check-ins with the Senior Marketing Manager of Advanced Sales and support from the Director of Marketing.     Base Salary Range - $78,500 - $112,500
