    The Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for providing recruiting support and information, and participating in activities to support sales management in achieving the firm's recruiting objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists management with recruiting activities such as; scrubbing databases, bulk mailings, advertising, Internet, coordinating career seminars.
    • Identifies and contacts prospective financial professionals and schedules appointments for the candidates to meet with the firm’s management team.
    • Conducts initial candidate interviews and testing as requested by sales management.
    • Maintains recruiting tracking system
    • Works with the candidates to complete all necessary licensing and registration paperwork in accordance with company policy
    • Maintains recruiting materials
    • Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
    • Remains current in profession and industry trends.
    • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    • Minimum of one year related experience Preferred

    Education

    • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

    Salary Range - $57,000 - $72,000
