    Position Overview

    The role of Sales Assistant will provide a full range of administrative and project support to the Vice President of Advanced Sales and Director of IFN Operations. This fast-paced role will keep these teams on track with strong project management, program support and handle essential administrative details to keep the teams running smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support to the Vice President, Advanced Sales and Director of IFN Operations as well as staff members of the Advanced Sales Team.
    • Provide a full range of support to marketing activities and events of Advanced Sales including podcasts, seminars and meetings.
    • Administer, maintain and track continuing (CE) courses and materials relating to advanced sales concepts and products.
    • Assist with organizing and executing on projects for the IFN Channel and Regions related to financial professional onboarding, sales support and service.
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
    • Handle travel arrangements along with preparing and submitting travel expenses.
    • Manage and coordinate schedules.
    • Coordinate staff meetings and department meetings, including agendas, minutes and organizing PowerPoint slides and any other needs of speakers.
    • Process vendor payments and interface with key vendors for the department.
    • Organize department events.
    • Support the on-boarding of new employees and changes for existing team members.
    • Participate in and support departmental projects.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced Skills required) and Microsoft Outlook).
    • Proven ability to take initiative, act with a sense of urgency and follow through.

    Required Experience

    Education

    • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    Experience

    • Financial services industry experience Preferred
    • 5-7 Years

    Base Salary Range - $60,000 - $80,000
