  • Responsibilities

     

      

    The Supervisory RN is responsible for monitoring the personal care, companion and skilled nursing services provided by company’s direct care staff, coordinating clinical services, and ensuring quality of care. Duties include performing in-the-home assessments to determine support and clinical needs, and conducting regularly scheduled supervisory visits of the clients.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current State of Georgia RN license
    • Current CPR certification, TB screening
    • Minimum 3-year RN experience and ability to function independently in a home setting.
    • Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
    • Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills.      
    • Free from health problems that may harm the well-being of the client or employee.
    • Emotional and mental maturity for the establishment and maintenance of good working relationships with client, client’s family, caregiver and administrative staff.
    • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive to outlying areas.
    • Adequate computer skills to be able to document electronically on a tablet.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES 

    • Proven track record of sales success or direct contribution to sales team
    • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
    • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment.

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Three to five years of related experience in the sales and marketing of insurance products; equivalent experience may be considered

     

    EDUCATION/LICENSES/PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations required
    • Life insurance license required
    • Willing to obtain industry certifications, such as, CLU, and/or ChFC
