    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Wilmington Capital is looking for seasoned Registered Representatives and/or Investment Advisors with an established clientele who are eager to expand their business. Ideal candidates should have over 3+ years’ experience in the industry with no reportable disclosures, and whose clients have readily-transferrable assets.Wilmington also seeks Securities Traders who transact in fixed-income securities such as U.S. Treasuries, Federal Agency, Corporate, Municipal, Asset-Backed Securities and Mortgage-Backed Securities, etc. Traders will typically serve an institutional client base consisting of asset managers, commercial bank portfolios, trust and investment departments, broker-dealers, municipalities, credit unions, corporations, pension funds, government entities and insurance companies, etc.

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

     

    • 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry

    • Series 7 & Series 63 required; Series 65/66 preferred

    • Series 24 required to run independent branch office, OSJ, or DBA under Wilmington Capital

    • Established clientele with transferrable assets

    • Possesses the ability and desire to expand book of business

    • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations

    • Demonstrates professionalism

    • Maintains a positive attitude while dealing with daily pressures and challenges

    • Adapts quickly in a changing work environment

    • Ability to work independently in a team environment

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
