Analyst / Transaction Coordinator – Commercial Mortgage
Wilshire Finance Partners, a California based is real estate finance and investment company, is looking for an experienced, licensed Transaction Coordinator to join our team.
Primary Objectives
Assists in the initial screening of multifamily and commercial real estate loan requests and preparing loan packages according to the company’s programs, policies and procedures
Assists processors and underwriters in the preparation and review of loan requests
Communicates with internal and external business partners
Assists with the closing process
Maintains the client relationship management (CRM) system
Assists with data gathering, data input and market research
Manages the loan calendar to ensure timely processing and efficiency
Is proactive and stays ahead of transactions to identify potential issues, increase efficiency and guide transactions to closing
Performs other administrative tasks, such as making telephone calls and booking appointments
Performs other duties as assigned
Provides exceptional customer service
Qualifications
3+ years of related experience
Knowledge and understanding of multifamily and commercial real estate mortgage requirements
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office systems, including, Excel
Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data and information
Prior mortgage lending sales or related sales experience
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Associates Degree
California Department of Real Estate License
