WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO US:

This award-winning, rapidly growing law firm is urgently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and driven INTAKE REPRESENTATIVE to support our INTAKE DEPARTMENT. 

We are currently seeking candidates with superior customer service for our Call Center. Our Call Center representative serves as the first point of contact for the firm’s clients. This position requires great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compassion and follow-through are a must for this role, as well as being a team player and go-getter.

We have a need to fill both day and swing shifts

In this role you will have the opportunity to perform the following responsibilities:

·         Speaking with potential clients via phone to gather initial case information

·         Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients to sign-up with the firm

·         Working with the firm’s intake attorney to determine viability of potential cases

·         Keeping track of potential cases and scheduling follow-up calls as necessary

·         Effectively communicating with potential clients, co-workers, and vendors alike

·         Updating the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data

·         Uploading and sharing pertinent documents appropriately

·         Building strong rapport with potential clients and vendors

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

·         Sales skills are of paramount importance with the ability to close

·         Strong background with proven track record of success meeting performance-based goals

·         Minimum 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience

·         Ability to multi-task and type 50 wpm while speaking with potential clients

·         Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

·         Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive

·         Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

·         Ability to work weekends, overtime and “on-call” as necessary
