The Divisional Property Manager is responsible for working with SVP-Regional and District Mangers to train new employees in key roles, to fill in for missing employees and improve market processes across the division. This position is also responsible for streamlining tasks across the division for uniformity and structure and maintaining or improving employee morale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Regional and District Managers however necessary with executing the strategic vision for the operation within various district; oversees the activities of the team; trains and coaches’ employees while guiding them to reach goals and metric and provide constructive feedback for employee development.
• Assist SVP and District Manager with the compliance with Company Field Operations procedures and policies.
• May participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing business performance, and leading specific project teams in developing and implementing innovative programs, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Assist Regional and District Manager with interviews, and strategic hires new and replacement employees

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in progressively responsible roles in a related background, preferably real estate, including proven experience in comparable leadership roles.
• State Real Estate License required
• Flexibility to travel up to 75%
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Experience with property management software a plus
• Understanding of the industry, including the ability to recommend and implement processes for improved efficiency, service, profitability, and growth
• Planning, organizing, negotiating and leadership/supervisory skills; ability to focus/ align portfolio around critical initiatives and facilitate progressive change
• Strong staffing, development and appraisal skills
