    ABOUT THE ROLE As a Travel Program Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the  firm’s US Travel Program including air and rail travel, ground transportation, rental cars, visa services and hotels. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Contributing to setting annual goals and objectives for travel program that are aligned with overall organizational objectives
    • Developing, executing and maintaining relationships and communications with stakeholders (internal departments, leadership, travelers-bookers, and travel team) to provide information and training on the travel program and executing travel program goals and initiatives
    • Monitoring, evaluating adherence to, and contributing to the development of organizational policies (e.g. travel policies, expense policies, and sustainability)
    • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with current and potential suppliers to support the travel program’s goals and objectives
    • Participates in commercial negotiations to ensure the firm has appropriate commercial arrangements in place in collaboration with Global Procurement

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • A minimum of three to five years’ experience working in travel industry

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience with HEC-1, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, GEO-RAS, storm drain system analysis
    • Strong background in surface water hydraulics and hydrology as well as applying this technical knowledge to address client needs, meet deliverables, and train junior staff;
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3d and/or Microstation
    • Team-oriented individual who is eager to lead and manage projects
