  • Responsibilities

    CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a senior-level human resource data and policy analyst to join a team supporting the OSD Comptroller in developing strategic guidance and policy and procedures necessary for governance of the Department’s human capital initiatives and the DoD FM Certification Program.

    The ideal candidate will have first-hand knowledge and experience with DoD’s civilian (DCPDS) and the Military Services’ policies, procedures and personnel systems of record. They will also have experience in policy development and HR data analytics. This position is with CALIBRE, working as a contractor on location in the Pentagon. Principal responsibilities include the following:

    Required Skills

     

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Financial Management, Business, or Information Systems or relative experience through military or DoD government jobs n
    • At least five years’ DoD experience supporting enterprise level programs and projects

     

    Required Experience

     

    • Assess how the civilian and military personnel data systems reflect FM Certification information
    • Analyzing the civilian and military personnel data in the personnel system and FM Certification systems of record
    • Work with DCPAS and other DoD Human Resource Component POCs to ensure data accuracy between the personnel systems of record and the FM Certification system of record
    • Maintaining the FM Certification policies and analyzing Government Human Capital policies
    • Drafting memoranda, policy letters, and other similar instruments and conduct research and deliver white papers on topics of importance to the Director
