Our Services: We work with our clients on EPC as well as construction-only projects. We self-perform projects by executing direct hire labor as well as utilizing subcontractor elements. We continue to expand our services offered and build our project backlog.  Responsibilities: • Completes simple paper filing activities. • Receives and distributes mail. • Faxes documents. • Copies documents. • Prepares files for archiving. • Distributes documents. • Performs scanning and electronic filing. • Answers phones. Work Environment: Normal office environment. Extended periods of monitor viewing. Stooping, crouching, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, turning pages, typing and writing. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time. • Greets and directs visitors. • Assembles documents (reproduction and collation). • Performs basic word processing and data entry. • Maintains simple spreadsheets. • Orders office supplies. • Maintains manager's or work group's calendar. • Generates or distributes ad hoc reports using various business systems and databases. • Generates simple documents, such as letters, memos, spreadsheets and presentations. • May coordinate completion of timesheets. • Performs other general clerical duties as needed. • Creates expense reports. • Plans and arranges meetings, travel, and events, and coordinates applying for international travel documents. • Individual contributor with no subordinates. *** This is a contract-to-hire position; contract lasting approximately 6 months *** This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Minimum Qualifications:  Basic word processing and spreadsheet experience needed. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

  • Qualifications

    CDL Class A or B Certification required with at least 1 or more years of experience. Must be able to obtain a TSA clearance. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and medical exam.
