CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Growth Operations team at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
Primary Duties:
- Perform Black Hat analysis that informs competitive solutioning and improves Pwin
- Mitigate risk to CALIBRE through assessment of forecasted business opportunities from financial, operational, and corporate alignment perspectives, including strategic planning support to multi-million-dollar marketplaces
- Research, create, use, and present analyses, reports, metrics, and results from models and other analytic tools to place data in context, identify gaps, and impact tactical-through-strategic business decisions
- Serve as an expert resource for Growth Operations personnel; work collaboratively with functional and subject matter leads to assess business problems, gather requirements, and conduct independent research
- Contribute to growth of the company through conduct of qualitative and quantitative research analysis, including addressable markets, adjacencies, spending trends, competitive positioning, and past performance
- Develop and present findings and recommendations, and provide thought leadership to executives through production of reports, tables, and briefings
- Create efficient operations informed by accurate data through development of common portals, analytic reports, templates, processes, and metrics
- Oversee, perform quality control, and maintain data accuracy of CALIBRE’s pipeline repository; create Standard Operating Procedures; make recommendations on data fields, workflows, and process improvements
- Provide set-up, pursuit, maintenance, and reporting of IDIQ task orders
Required Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Demonstrated abilities in market and competitive analysis
Adept with GovWin, BGov, PowerBI, Pentaho, or other data collation, analytic, and visualization support tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Access
Required Experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to obtain and maintain government issued security clearance
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the Federal government or in Defense industry
