Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a General Civil Engineer to join our Kansas team to work in our Central and Western areas. Position would support a multitude of services within our Municipal Services Division that may include utilities, roadway, and drainage design.  The ideal candidate will have an educational experience and possible intern experience in general civil engineering.  They will work in conjunction with the Project Managers, Peer Engineers, and CADD Team Members to coordinate the design efforts to meet project deadlines for various projects throughout Kansas and neighboring states. 

Required Skills

• Must have obtained a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Must be willing to travel
• High degree of interpersonal and communication skills is necessary.
• Proven teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
• Technical writing skills required.

Required Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or relative field.
• PE License Highly Preferred
• 4-5 years of related engineering experience preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is desirable.
