The Payment Poster is accountable for posting electronic and manual payments for insurance, workers compensation, occupational medicine and e-screen clients/carriers. The position will be responsible for processing credit card payments and reconciling payment process on a daily basis.
- Executes payment posting for all insurance carriers, occupational medicine and workers compensation clients and e-screen procedures
- Follows procedures to process credit card payments related to payments
- Daily reconciliation of the payment posting process
- Performs other duties as needed

- Proficient with practice management software and overall knowledge of MS Office

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Billing and coding certificate or 1 year of billing experience within a healthcare facitiliy or insurance company
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
