Wilson & Company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with a background in Transportation/Roadway design to join our team in South Jordan, UT. In this role, you will oversee the growth, direction, and overall success of our South Jordan Transportation Team by marketing services, building lasting client relations, and mentoring staff. The ability to effectively coordinate staff efforts to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions to project requirements is a must.

Job Duties Include:

• Serve as Senior Project Manager for DOT and municipal projects.
• Collaborate with local group leaders to achieve success across all disciplines.
• Foster our commitment to Higher Relationships with clients and staff.
• Mentor and train staff and ensure team members have sufficient resources to accomplish goals/projects.
• Prepare project proposals, scopes of services, fee proposals, and contract documents for diverse project types.
• Collaborate with regional and national managers regarding meeting company goals and visions, client development, and business planning.

• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas to direct reports, peers, senior staff and clients.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related curriculum.
• A licensed professional engineer with at least 15 years of experience in transportation, traffic and/or civil engineering.
• Specific experience with winning and executing projects for state DOTs and/or local municipalities related to highways, streets, or sidewalks/trails is preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00
