This dynamic and engaging work environment demands the best of professional standards.We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to enhance our client service capabilities. Job location will be in the upstate of South Carolina and would typically include significant travel to client sites.Role Description:The WGP Business Analyst is responsible for supporting WGP’s consulting practice across a diverse set of activities. While focusing on direct service to WGP clients, the Business Analyst will also have responsibilities for the development of the WGP practice and ownership and development of their own career.Responsibilities:Major responsibilities can be categorized into four broad areas, but given the size of WGP’s practice, the ideal candidate for this role will be flexible and resourceful in advancing the WGP mission: To be the premier strategic advisory firm for our clients. This role’s general mission is to enable client success by taking on analytical, creative, and other problem-solving tasks in direct service to WGP’s clients. The ideal Business Analyst will also act in support of WGP’s overall practice development and client development aims. Some key responsibilities include:Analysis leadershipProblem structuringResearch and insight generationFinancial analysisOperational analysisQualitative analysisClient leadershipEngagement with clients to gather data, insights, and ideasCollaborative problem-solving leadershipSpending time to understand client organization culture, process, norms and their impact on WGP’s approachExpectations:The Business Analyst is expected to be a self-starting professional. Service and thought leadership are critical elements.
