Wilson's Appliances is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team! As Inside Sales & Customer Service, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include customer statuses, inventory system management, product knowledge and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of sales & cash closing operations.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all sales, procedures, company standards and code of ethics when selling products.

Work on the sales floor to carry out customer sales, quotes and product knowledge.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Take added responsibility for showroom cleanliness, displays, status updates for your customers.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
