  • Responsibilities

    One of the regional leaders in Security and Building Technology is looking to add a Senior Sales Representative to their talented team. This organization is a full-service, turn-key designer, builder and integrator of large systems and Low-Voltage technology.

    Details below:

    • Pipeline Development: The main focus of the role is to create and develop relationships that will result in new clients and accounts. A "Hunter" mentality - being able to create leads, utilize an existing network, and have connections with system manufacturers will be beneficial in the role. 
    • Team Support: You will have a team of 5 other Senior Sales Executives to collaborate with and a team of 7 Engineers that will assist with system designs, pricing, and system designs, and creating the bill of materials needed for each project.
    • Proposal Construction: You will be in charge of creating the sales proposal to hand off to the Engineering team
    • Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to the decision makers while managing objections related to timing, price, and competition. Expected Results: Final negotiations lead to go or no-go decisions timely.
    • Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline specific to assigned market(s). Markets include Commercial, Health Care, Assisted Living, Hi-rise, mixed use, with the opportunity to assist or lead Federal or SLED accounts if they are developed by yourself.
    • Systems/Manufacturers: Lenel/S2, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, AMAG, HID, Axis, and other enterprise level systems are preferred.
    • Territory: Baltimore Beltway, DC Beltway NoVa.
