Our client is a consulting firm that engages with pharmaceutical clients on large capital projects. They are currently expanding their team in the Indianapolis area and are looking for a Manager of Technical Manufacturing to help engage and work collaboratively with clients while supporting a team of consultants and project engineers. This role is responsible for building strong relationships internally at client sites as well as being billable to participate in the execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for clients during the implementation and of next generation equipment and manufacturing processes
• Perform due-diligence to generate high-quality project deliverables
• Identify road blocks and utilize critical thinking to identify innovative solutions
• Support billables as forecasted on a monthly basis
• Ability to build strong external client relationships to ensure continued success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Masters preferred.
• 8 years of experience in life sciences or biotech experience
• 6 years of management experience
• 4 years of account management experience
• Willingness to maintain current COVID-19 vaccine status.
• Ability to travel up to 100% as needed
• Ability to be present on site 100%
