    We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to be part of the HR team!

    Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager will complete many daily tasks that align with the employment cycle of our employees, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, LOA and workers compensation administration, employee relations, managing the performance review cycle, and onboarding and offboarding employees. The HRM is an effective functional partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills and has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    • Implement company culture, values and policies
    • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
    • Advocate for employee retention and development
    • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
    • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
    • Write policy and procedures
    • Full cycle recruiting over view

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience
    • Demonstrating the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information regularly.
    • Demonstrates good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Demonstrates functional knowledge of an HRIS system.
    • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
    • A proactive self-starter with a high level of analytical skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
    • Experience in conflict resolution
    • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees
    • Strong leadership qualities
