    Job Description: As a Residential Sales Representative for AT&T, you will play a crucial role in connecting residents in Atlanta, GA to the best telecommunications services available. Your primary responsibility will be to sell AT&T's residential services, including internet, TV, and phone packages, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their digital experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and generate leads through various methods, including cold-calling, door-to-door sales, and community events.

    Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to identify their specific requirements.

    Present AT&T's residential service offerings and educate customers on the benefits and features.

    Customize service packages to meet individual customer needs.

    Close sales, process orders, and complete all necessary documentation accurately.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T's products and promotions.

    Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

    Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

    Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

    Familiarity with AT&T's residential service offerings is a plus.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

    Must pass a background check.
